The Employers Convening, held at the Greater New Orleans Foundation, brought together over 30 individuals representing a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, business leaders, and advocates. Sponsored by The Frost Foundation and IBM, the convening featured two insightful panels that delved into crucial aspects of neurodiversity in the workplace.

The first panel, Building Supportive Environments, explored strategies to create workplaces that foster inclusivity and support for neurodivergent individuals. The second panel, The Power of Neurodiversity, showcased industry leaders discussing the benefits of embracing neurodiversity and harnessing the unique strengths of individuals with diverse cognitive abilities.

The discussions were rich with practical solutions and advice, providing attendees with valuable insights on tapping into a previously untapped talent pool. The collaborative efforts of nonprofit organizations, business leaders, and advocates, supported by The Frost Foundation and IBM, underscored a collective commitment to shaping a more inclusive and neurodivergent-friendly workforce for the future.
